It was a sudden decision na nahilig ako sa pagbabasa ng mga novels. Every afternoon na lang halos ako nagbabasa ng novels. i was hooked but nevertheless hindi ko naman pinabayaan ang klase ko ano. There was this time na sa sobra ko na atang pagkahilih I became more idealistic than I was before. I have already this standard, high standard, for my ideal man. Then my co-major told me that novel readers became idealistic persons that tend to hold on ideals hanggang sa hindi na daw makapag-asawa. According to studies, 8 out of 10 novel readers a hindi nakakapag-asawa. Siyempre natakot ako. Ikaw ba naman sabihan na malabo ka nang magka-asawa. Well, that statement is just an understatement for me because it didn't stop me from continuing my fave hobby.
One day, habang nagbabasa ako ng novel ay naisip ko na may mga advantages naman ang maging idealistic person. For girls like me, hindi na kami madaling mauto at natuto kaming suriin ang pagkatao ng isang tao, kung sinu-sino ang pagkakatiwalaan namin o hindi. Well, it's not that bad being an idealistic person after all.
I surely admitted that I'm an NBSB as in No Boyfriend Since Birth. Yung iba nahihiya but I would say why should I. I'm very proud to be an NBSB, at least I have the freedom I have now. Pero minsan ay naiinggit ako sa mga couples especially the gf(s) of my crushes... Well, maybe I'm not that lucky inlove this time but I'm sure m day will come to be loved by that stranger in my life.
